5 or 6 lb. Brisket
2 envelopes Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 jar Grey Poupon Mustard
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F.
1. Cut all visible fat from Brisket.
2. Spread poupon mustard on top of beef; sprinkle soup mix over top and add 2 cups water along side of beef.
3. Place beef in foil and seal foil tightly; place in baking dish or pan.
4. Bake at 325ºF for 1 hour and 15 minutes per pound.

We serve during the Holidays replacing the traditional Turkey and Ham. Try it! Great for dinner parties too!
