2 chicken breast pounded flat, 1 Louisiana hot link, quartered, 4
slices Swiss cheese, 2 slices prosuoitto ham, hot wing sauce,
bread crumbs, oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Place ham and cheese on chicken breast, add hot link and
roll up securing with tooth picks. Baste chicken with hot wing
sauce and roll in bread crumbs. Fry in oil until internal
temperature reaches 165º. Serve with garlic potatoes and fried
okra. Garnish with crawfish and parsley.
