1 cup liquid potpourri
1 cup boiling water
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin

Directions:

Combine boiling water and gelatin. Whisk until gelatin is fully dissolved. Add liquid potpourri. Pour into 3 jelly jars.

Note: Use glass dishes to mix and glass measuring cups.

This is a great gift for teacher, aide, etc.

I dress it up by putting a piece of lace over the top and tying a ribbon around it. That way, they can always remove the jar cover and place the lace over the jar securing with the outer metal band. They can still smell the jellied potpourri through the lace!
