4 yellow peaches, peeled and sliced 1/2" thick
1 unbaked 9" pie crust
1 c sugar
1 1/3 c sour cream
3 eggs, beaten
1 c blueberries, stemmed and sorted
1 tbsp cinnamon

Glazed Sugar Topping:
(The glazed sugar topping on this pie gives it that great peaches-and-cream taste)

4 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp white sugar

Blanch peaches for 1 minute in boiling water. Remove skins and slice.

Preheat oven to 450. Place peach slices in pie shell. Mix sugar, sour cream and eggs together. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with blueberries, then cinnamon. Bake for 10 minutes at 450, then 30 minutes at 350. Let cool and then refrigerate.

To Glaze:
Mix together brown and white sugars. After pie has cooled, sift sugar mixture over top and put under the broiler for several minutes until the topping begins to bubble and form a glaze. It is best to do this just before serving. Yield: One 9-inch pie.
