Ingredients:  
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 lbs flank steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
15 oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
1/ 4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 cups carrots, sliced or baby carrots
1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
8 oz can of pineapple chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pan and brown steak. Transfer meat to crock pot or a large sauce pan. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Cover and simmer until meat and vegetables are tender, about 6 hours in crock pot or 4 hours large sauce pan.

This is great served in hollowed out bread bowls or over rice or egg noodles.
