1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 cup chopped onion (or dry flakes)
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
2 cups creamed cottage cheese
8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
1 28 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
1 T. dried parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1 tsp. salt
4 oz. Mozzarello cheese

Brown beef and onion, drain well. Stir in tomato sauce and 1/2 spaghetti sauce mix. Spread cottage cheese over sauce. Add layer of noodles. Combine remaining spaghetti sauce mix, tomatoes and spices. Pour over lasagna noodles. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Uncover and top with cheese. Cover to melt. (Electric skillet preferred, but regular skillet can be used.)
