3 Cups chilled whipping cream
1 to 2 Tbsp mayo
Bananas, peeled, sliced and cut
Apples, peeled & chopped
1 Large can of Fruits for Salad by Del Monte OR 1 -8 oz can pineapple chunks, drained & chopped (or pineapple tidbits if you can find them - avoids chopping) and 1 -8oz can fruit cocktail, drained and 1 -8-oz can apricots, drained and cut up.
2 Cups small marshmallows, or as many as you'd like
Some add 1 cup of toasted almonds - I don't

Remove bowl & beaters from freezer & whip cream to soft peak stage. Add mayo & sugar & beat until it has stiff peaks. Fold in apples & other ingredients and mound in a cut-glass serving bowl.
You can add some halved maraschino cherries for more color if you'd like or use red delicious apples and don't peel.
