One angel food cake
2 pkgs. raspberry jello
20 oz. frozen raspberries
2 c. whipping cream

Directions:

Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan. In a large bowl, break up cake, set aside. In another bowl dissolve raspberry jello in 2 1/2 cups boiling water. After this is slightly cooled, add frozen raspberries. Let stand until partially set. Whip jello until fluffy. Whip whipping cream. Blend into jello mixture. Into pan, put layer of broken cake pieces, cover with half the jello mixture, repeat. Chill over night in refrigerator.
