Chicken rub for the grill
Boneless/Skinless breast

Note: Make 2-3 times the normal amount you would use for one dinner, because you can use it for several different meals throughout the week.

Rub chicken with your favorite chicken rub and let stand for a few hours. Grill to perfection.

Tom's favorite pre-mixed chicken rub includes brown sugar, pepper, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, anise, smoked paprika, ancho, garlic and kosher salt.

Meal #1: As is - Grilled chicken served with any of your favorite side dishes

Meal #2: Slice chicken and serve over any salad

Meal #3: Slice and serve over black beans and rice sprinkled with Cajun seasoning. Or place black beans, rice and chicken on tortilla with cheese and salsa.

Meal #4: Chop chicken and make chicken salad with mayo, celery and onion. Make a sandwich including, chicken salad, bacon or ham (or both), lettuce and tomato.
