2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup water
2 tsps. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine unbeaten egg whites, sugar, water, and corn syrup in top of double boiler. Beat just enough to blend ingredients. Place over rapidly boiling water and beat with hand beater or mixer until mixture is light and fluffy and holds its shape. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Continue beating until frosting is stiff enough to stand in peaks.
