½ cup Judges 4:19
3 ½ cups I Kings 4:22
2 tsps. Amos 4:5
1 cup I Samuel 30:12
1 cup Nahum 3:12
To taste II Chronicles 9:9

Answer: Cream together 1 cup butter, 2 cups sugar, and 2 tsps. honey. Add ½ cup milk to 6 beaten eggs. Sift 3 ½ cups flour with 2 tsps. baking powder.

Add dry ingredients, alternately with eggs and milk mixture. Chop one cup raisins and 1 cup figs. Add these and spices (1 tsp. cinnamon and ½ tsp. cloves are suggested). Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350º until done. Use your favorite frosting.
