2 packages (2 T.) yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 cube) margarine
1 c. boiling water
3 eggs
4 1/2 to 5 c. flour (or bread flour)
2 tsp. salt

Orange filling:
1/2 c. (1 cube) butter
1 c. sugar
grated peel from 1 orange (2 T.)

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix together the sugar, salt and margarine with the boiling water. Beat eggs well. Add a little of the hot sugar mixture to the eggs, then add the eggs into the sugar mixture. Let cool and add the yeast, followed by half the flour. Mix dough with a mixer. Stir in remaining flour by hand. Let dough rise 1 hour. Beat down and refrigerate overnight (or for 2 hours). Divide dough into three parts. Roll out each part on a floured surface into a large rectangle. Spread each rectangle with 1/3 of the orange filling. Roll up dough and cut each log into 12 slices. Place in heavily buttered non-stick muffin tins. Let rise in a warm place for 3 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
