2 Tbsp Low fat Mayonnaise
1 raw egg
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp lemon juice
6 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese (good quality)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
salt & pepper to taste

2 heads romaine lettuce
1/3 cup croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl (except the lettuce & croutons ) . Cover and chill for about 4 hrs minimum.
Clean and tear lettuce into pieces.
Put in salad bowl with dressing & croutons
