2 lbs. beef bottom round steak
1/2 c. or more flour
Onion
Salt and pepper
Tomatoes, diced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
1. Tenderize steaks; dredge in flour and brown in skillet on both sides. Place in a casserole dish.
2. Saute a large onion and place on top of beef. Optional: place diced tomatoes on top.
3. Put water in remaining flour and mix. Pour over beef and onions. Bake at 350ºF for one hour.
