1 1/2 lb.Whole Fryer Chicken
1 12 oz. can of Beer
Cajun Seasoning or season powder of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Clean out the inside of the chicken
Cut the Skin from the neck area.
Pour ( or drink) half the can of beer
Add seasoning to the remaining beer in the can.
Put in an oven safe pan.
Put the chicken on top of the beer can so the chicken is upright and the legs are just touching the pan.
Sprinkle seasoning all over the outside of the chicken.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours until chicken is crispy and leans to the side.
