1/4 cup water
Four as needed
Wisconsin Cheese Curds
Cracker Crumbs
Oil to deep fry

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and add water. Add enough flour to get to elmers glue consistance.

Dip curds in mixture. remove with slotted spoon and roll in cracker crumbs.

Deep fry in oil
