1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach;thawed and squeezed dry
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese; softened
3/4 cup mayo
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1 pkg Knorr vegetable recipe mix
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts; drained and chopped
1 can (8oz) water chestnuts; drained and chopped
2 cloves of garlic; finely chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. combine all ingredients EXCEPT 1/2 cup of cheese. Spoon into 2 quart oven dish. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake for 35 minutes or until hot
