Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tsp maple extract
1 tsp dry mustard (I was out and used brown mustard)
1 tsp white vinegar
1 1/4 cups splenda
3 Tbsps bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. I found the recipe on Food
Network and it is intended for ham. I used it for chicken that
was on the grill. After the final turn, I spread some of the glaze on the chicken. I omitted the extract and vinegar for the chicken so it would be thicker.

Personal Notes:
This was a good taste on the chicken. We had compnay and they really enjoyed it.
