1 pkg yeast
2c warm water
1/4c sugar
3/4c shortening (half vegetable oil)
1 egg
4c self rising flour
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in sugar. Beat in remaining ingredients. Grease muffin tins. Spoon mixture in greased muffin tin. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes.
