1 lb. of chicken breasts
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 sweet onion
salt - pepper
Soft tortillas (or iceberg lettuce)
Shredded cheese
sour cream
salsa
shredded lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
slice chicken into thin bit-sized strips. Slice onions and
peppers into very thin slices. Heat a pan with a tbsp. of olive
oil, and add the onions and peppers. Keep stirring over
medium heat until vegetables are very soft. Put vegetables
on a plate and cover with foil. Add the chicken to the hot pan,
let it cook for about 3 minutes per side, season it with salt and
pepper. Add peppers and onions back into the pan, heat
quickly and serve with warm tortillas. Put all the condiments
on the side, and let everyone make their own.
