1-1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cans of mushrooms
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
Oregano, garlic salt and other spices to taste

Lasagna Noodles

Cheese Filling:
2 large packages of cream cheese, softened
1 16 oz. container of sour cream
1 16 oz. of cottage cheese
1 16 oz. container of ricotta cheese

Brown ground beef. Combine with remaining ingredients for sauce.

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese and ricotta cheese in a separate bowl.

Cook lasagna noodles.

Cover bottom of shallow casserole with cooked lasagna noodles. Cover with spaghetti sauce, top with cheese mixture. Repeat layers two times, ending with cheese sauce (three layers in all).

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Best when refrigerated overnight and served the second day.
