2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 box butter recipe yellow cake mix
5 eggs, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup water
1/2 c. butter (softened)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and mix all dry ingredients.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour onto dry mixture. Blend well, preferably with a stand mixer for 30 seconds on low, then 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into greased cupcake pans, mini loaf pans, or a half-sheet cake pan.

Bake 30 minutes for muffins, longer for loaves, or until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Allow to cool slightly in the pan.
Remove from pan and serve warm with butter and honey.
