5 egg whites
20 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
6 drops of lime

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300º. Whip the eggs until they get all white and a little heavy. Without stopping, add the sugar, on tbsp. at a time, and then the Cream of Tartar. whip until you see that it is completely mixed and the texture is smooth and creamy. Add the lime and whip again.

Drop twirly balls of the mixture on a cookie sheet and put in the oven. Lower the temperature to 200º and bake for 20 min. Do not open oven door until cooked. Let cook before eating or storing. Prep time: 20 min.
