1 pound crabmeat
2 slices white bread, make crumbs
dash of dry mustard
large dash of Old Bay
1 egg
2 T. parsley flakes
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients: form crabcakes(about 7)
Place in refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to cooking. Place crabcakes on cookie sheet on the middle rack in the oven. Broil for 10 minutes.
You can also bake these in a 400F oven for 15 minutes.
