4 C sliced apples
2 ~ 3 Tbsp. cinnamon, 5 Tbsp. sugar
3 C All Purpose flour
2 C sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt
1 C oil, 4 eggs
1/4 C orange juice, 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix first three ingredients together and set aside.

Sift measured dry ingredients together into a bowl.

Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the rest of the ingredients into the well.

Beat with wooden spoon or spatula until smooth and shiny.

Pour 1/3 of the batter into a greased Bundt pan.

Add half of the apple mixture.

Repeat with remaining batter, then apples and ending with batter.

Bake for 60 - 75 minutes. If top starts to brown too soon, lay foil over the pan.

Can drizzle with a caramel topping when cool.
