Ingredients:  
6 franks cut into 1 inch pieces
1 medium onion thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 med green pepper diced (about 1/3 cup)
2 cups Minute Rice
1/4 c bacon drippings or butter
2 cups hot water
2 cans (8oz each) tomato sauce
1 t salt
dash of pepper
1/2 t prepared mustard(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute franks, onions, green pepper and rice in the bacon drippings until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered 5 min.
