2 lbs. ground beef
1, 10 1/2 oz. condensed cream of chicken soup
1, 10 1/2 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
1, 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
1 c. water
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
12 soft tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef.
2. Mix together the soups, enchilada sauce, and water.
3. Using half of each, place in a 11 x 7 x 2 " baking dish in order given: tortilla pieces, browned meat, onion, sauce mixture, cheese.
4. Repeat layers using the remaining ingredients.
Bake at 375ºF for 35 minutes.
