Crust:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. (2 cubes) butter, softened
2 c. flour

Filling:
3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
4 T. melted butter
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare crust cream butter and cream cheese together. Add flour. Working with your thumb and fingers pinch off small pieces of dough and shape into regular or mini-sized muffin tins. Make dough as thin as possible. To prepare filling, beat eggs and add all other ingredients. Pour filling into crusts 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
