1 egg beaten
1 carton (8oz) sour cream
1 pkg (8.5 oz) corn bread mix
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 cans (16oz ea) corn 1 whole drained 1 cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine egg and sour cream, stir in corn bread mix, salt & pepper. Add corn, mix well Pour into a greased 11x7 baking pan. Bake uncovered at 400 for 25-30 or until golden brown and set.
