1 Large Brie
1/2 c cranraisins
1 small green apple
1/2c chopped walnuts
3 T brown sugar
3/4c apple juice
1 box crackers or loaf of French bread

Preheat oven to 375
Peel apple and chop into small pieces.
Combine nuts,apple juice, sugar, apples,and cranraisins in
small saucepan and cook on low temp. for 15 minutes.
Cut Brie lengthwise. Pour 1/4 of the mixture in the middle of
the Brie then replace top half. Pour remaining sauce over the
top and bake until bubbly. About 25 minutes. Take out and
serve with crackers or bread.
