3/4 pt. sour cream
1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
5 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 8 oz. cans water chestnuts, drained and chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice, crispy Chinese chow mein noodles, or in puff pastry shells (cooked according to package directions).
