Ham bone with 4-5 cups ham
1/2 c butter
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c flour
5 cups milk
5 cups ham broth(from boiled ham bone)
1/2 pound velvetta cheese
Broccoli
Cauliflower(or frozen mixed veg)
3 cups minute rice, or pasta noodles or wild rice already cooked

Directions:

Simmer ham bone to make ham broth and cube enough ham to make 4-5 cups of ham. Save ham broth for later.
Saute
butter, celery and onion- blend in flour to make a rue. Add 4-5 cups milk, cook slowly, stirring frequently. Add 4-5 cups ham broth and cheese. When cheese is melted add slightly steamed broccoli, cauliflower or frozen mixed vegetable.
Add rice, pasta, or wild rice to your liking
