1 c. milk
2 cups whipping cream, cold

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
For the puffs:
1. In a pan, heat water and butter to boil. Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and add eggs, 1 at a time. Beat until smooth.
2. For larger cream puffs, drop dough by large tablespoons about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet; for a larger crowd make small puffs using a teaspoon and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
3. Bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool away from draft. Cut off tops and pull out any filaments of soft dough.

For the filling:
1. In a mixing bowl blend pudding and milk. Add cold whipping cream and beat for 2 minutes or until mixture forms soft peaks.
2. Carefully fill the puffs. Add chocolate icing or powdered sugar to the tops.
Chill and enjoy!
