1-1/2 to 2 lbs. cubed stew meat (small cubes)
2 bay leaves
3 pkgs. French's Brown Gravy Mix
1 pkg.-12 oz. favorite egg noodles
5 c. water
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Into 3 qt. crock pot put beef cubes with 5 c. water.
Cover and cook on low setting for 3 hours.
Skim the foam from the top.
Add noodles, stir, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes or until noodles are the desired doneness.

Drain juice from beef and noodles into a saucepan. You should have 3 cups. Add water if not enough.
Slowly stir in gravy mixes 1 at a time until all 3 pkgs. are dissolved. Keep stirring over medium/low heat until gravy begins to bubble and is the right consistancy. Return gravy to the crock pot with noodles, stir and let simmer on low for 10 minutes.
