1 (10oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 stick butter, room temp.
10 maraschino cherries
1 (12oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10ct.)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 400º. Grease 10 cups of muffin tin. Strain pineapple, save juice for later. Combine pineapple, sugar, butter, and mix well. Divide mixture among muffin cups. Place cherry in center of each. Make sure it hits bottom of cup. Place 1 biscuit on top of each cup. Spoon 1 tsp. of juice over each biscuit. Bake 12-15 min. Cool for 2. Invert onto plate. Serve warm.
