Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 T. sugar to 1/4 cup suagr
6 T. unsalted butter, melted

Fudge layer:
6 T. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. unsalted butter, cut in 8 pieces
4 oz. swmisweet chocolate chips
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla

Snickers layer:
3 Snickers bars, cut up

Cream Cheese layer:
10 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
1. Butter a deep dish 9 inch pie pan.
2. Crust: Combine sugar and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl, add butter and mix. Press in pan. Bake 5 minutes. Cool.
3. Fudge layer: Sift flour, baking powder, salt. Melt butter and chocolates together over low heat, stir constantly. Remove and let cool. With electric mixer, beat sugar, egg, and egg yolk in medium bowl for 1 minute. Add vanilla and chocolate. Add dry ingredients and mix. Pour in crust. Bake 17 minutes, cover with foil of burns. A toothpick inserted will be moist. Cool 10 minutes.
4. Snickers layer: Arrange cut up Snickers on fudge layer.
5. Cream Cheese layer: Beat cheese and sugar with mixer; add egg and vanilla. Spread over Snickers. Bake 15 minutes. Cool.
