For each pound of meat:
1 Tbsp Lea & Perrins worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette
Juice of 1/4 lime

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in an appropriate sized ziploc bag, add marinade ingredients, massage to mix/coat, and refrigerate for an hour-to-overnight, then grill meat.

This is a real recipe - no cheating on this one! We use it for steaks (beef, venison, pork, caribou, etc) and chicken.
