1 bag corn tortilla chips
1 lb. hamberger meat
2 c. kidney beans
4 c. Joy's beans (*homemade pinto beans)
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can olives, sliced
1 cucumber
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3 tomatoes, diced
1 head of lettuce
1 c. guacamole
1 small jar salsa
1 tub sour cream
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch (made)

Fry hamberger meat in a skillett, drain and add taco seasoning and kidney beans. Place a layer of corn tortilla chips on each plate, crunch slightly. Sprinkle a layer of hamber mixture and a helping of Joy's beans over the chips, sprinkle cheese. Add lettuce on top, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, quacamole, sour cream, pour on salsa and ranch dressing. Enjoy!
