1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook hard for 2 minutes. Add vanilla. Spread on cake after slightly cooled 3-5 minutes
