1 stick butter
1 C water
1 C flour
1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp almond flavoring
3 eggs
FROSTING
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbs water, dash of vanilla
sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 474 degrees.

Place butter and water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and add all but eggs. Let cool 5 minutes. Then add eggs one at a time.

Spray a pizza pan with release spray.

Place mounds of batter around pan to form a circle.

Bake for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees F and bake for 15 more minutes.

Make sure outside texture if fairly hard.

FROSTING

Combine sugar and liquids then drizzle over top of cake. Sprinkle with almonds.

For Christmas, may decorate with maraschino cherries & pecans or walnuts.
