2 c. uncooked brown rice
3 chicken bullion cubes dissolved
5 c. hot water for brown
2 medium onions chopped
1/2 c. butter
2 6 oz. cans sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and pour into 2 quart greased casserole dish. Bake 350° 1 hour for white rice and 1 1/2 hour for brown rice. Stir once or twice. Can also be cooked on the stove top.

NOTE: If using white rice instead of brown, then decrease water to 4 cups.
