1 3-4 pound English Cut or Chuck roast
1 large onion, sliced
6 carrots, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
4 Idaho potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 can of tomatoes with green chilies
1 jar Heinz chili sauce
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Layer the prepared vegetables on the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Place the pot roast on top of vegetables.
3. Pour the chili sauce and chopped green chilies over all.
4. Place top on crockpot, turn to high and cook for up to 8 hours.
