1 16-oz. jar processed cheese sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. butter, melted
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (2# ) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
Whisk together the processed cheese, sour cream, both soups, water, and 1/2 of the butter. Season with salt and pepper. Add potatoes and mix well.
Place mixture in prepared pan.
Mix bread crumbs with remaining melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned and casserole is bubbling.
