1 brick white sharp cheddar (or 1 lb shredded)
1 brick yellow mild cheddar (or 1 lb. shredded)
2 cups mayo
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
black pepper--freshly ground
2 small jars chopped pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cheese into large bowl. Drain and chop pimento into smaller pieces. Add to cheese. Stir in mayo. Adjust amount of mayo to make a spreadable mixture: not too stiff, not too creamy. Add garlic powder and fresh black pepper. Serve with saltines or Ritz© crackers.
