1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 lb coleslaw mix
3 tbsp minced fresh parsley
3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
Directions:

Mix Miracle Whip, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add coleslaw mix, parsley, and red pepper.
