1 boneless Cross Rib roast
1 individual packet dry onion soup mix
salt & pepper, to season

Gravy:
cornstarch
beef bouillon
soy sauce
salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rub soup mix, salt and pepper on top of roast. Place in a roasting pan and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for a 1/2 hour per pound. Remove roast from pan and keep warm. Drain fat from meat drippings. Add water to drippings to make 2 cups. Add gravy ingredients to taste until desired consistency and seasoning is achieved.
