2 packages Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

Ό pound of each of the following:
Salami
Pepperoni
Ham
Swiss Cheese
Provolone Cheese
American Cheese

1 medium sized jar of Sweet Roasted Red Peppers (Garlic/Oil Marinated Variety)

2 Beaten Eggs, 1 Beaten Egg Yolk

Directions:
• Spray a 9 X 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray
• Unroll one package of rolls to line bottom of pan.
• Layer meats and cheeses alternately (e.g, 1st layer ham, 2nd layer Swiss, etc.)
• Layer peppers on top (if you don’t use garlic & oil peppers I sprinkle a little olive oil and garlic powder on)
• Pour beaten eggs evenly over all.
• Unroll other package of rolls to cover top.
• Brush with yolk.
• Bake in pre-heated over at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered, and 30 minutes, covered. If necessary, uncover to brown up the top at the end for a few minutes.
• Cool slightly and serve cut into 24 squares.
