Spaghetti Fiesta Recipe

12 oz fully cooked turkey smoked sausage (1/2 inch pieces)
4 tsp. margarine or use cooking spray
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 red or green pepper in strips
1 zucchini in (2 cups)
1 cup carrots
1 can mushrooms, or fresh 1 cup
1 onion chopped
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 pkg chicken bouillon, or 2 tsp
3/4 cup water
2 cups cooked spaghetti (3 oz dry)

In skillet cook turkey 5 min. Add cabbage, carrots cook 5-10 min. Add red pepper, zucchini, onion, garlic, mushrooms cook 5 min. Add bouillon, water then simmer 5 min.

Drain cooked spaghetti and toss with veggies!
