4 lbs. chicken wings
1 medium onion, quartered
4 green onions, cut in one inch pieces
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed
3 lg cloves garlic
1 ½ tsp ground black pepper
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
½ tsp ground red pepper
3 T vegetable oil
1 T soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Remove and discard tips from wings. Place in large glass baking dish. In food processor: combine onions, jalapeno, and garlic. Chop, add remaining ingredients, process until smooth. Pour over wings, stir. Cover and refrigerate 12 hours. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake in single layer in oiled shallow pan. Bake 40 minutes or until brown. Turn after 20 minutes.
