2-3 potatoes
1 T. mayonnaise
1 T. sour cream
Dill weed to sprinkle in
If too sour for your taste, add a little bit of sugar.
A little bit of celery!
A little bit of onion!
1 hard-boiled egg
Chives (if desired)

This recipe is from my cousin Jo Ann. She made the potato salad one time when we were up visiting in Hayward, WI. As she has now passed on to the heavens above (or wherever they may be), I treasure this recipe and the memory of her gentle manner and intuitive nature about life and how to live it. She was a strong, courageous, gentlewoman.
